Ground station in the near future

Our long-term aim is to develop new technology for navigation systems and ship autopilots of the near future which will steer and navigate automatically.
Artificial intelligence will largely be used for navigational decision making. But these autonomous unmanned vessels must be monitored and controlled on demand by land-based captains in case of dangerous situations.
This fact sets new challenges for autonomous ship navigation systems, which must be able to control ships in various situations, either by human or by the machine. We’ll use this technology in order to navigate safely the vessel, while captain being on shore.
We are purposed that VR technology can be the s.olution and the middleware between human and machine interface of the modern ship.
