Mvp model development
Through our near shore tests, our MVP offered better experience than we expected.
Our MVP has twin goals. The first is to learn the problems we should be solving, and second we focus on driving risk out of our current hypothetical business model by testing fundamental assumptions.
We try to stay focused on knowing the problems of our audience, create the MVP with basic required features to solve real pain-problems and gather feedback from our customers.
MVP development isn’t a trouble free process.
As you see in the image below, a plastic bag wrapped around the propeller and the shaft drive, disabling boat’s propulsion.
So we always try to figure out, viable solutions that develop the overall reliability of our system.
